Join us in celebrating the next generation of leaders.

After spending the last 12 months studying a rigorous curriculum, learning from skilled instructors, working alongside experienced Medical Assistants (MA) and Dental Assistants (DA) in the field, and learning patient-centered care, 13 dedicated individuals will graduate from the Minnesota Health Center MNPATHways Workforce Program this December.

Your support of our community graduation event will allow us to continue to:

Inspire Hope: The program is free of charge to participants, with support for equipment, fees, and travel (over 45 MAs and DAs trained to date, and 95% still working at a health center).
Strengthen Community: Participants are recruited from the communities surrounding our Minnesota Health Centers (100% of participants look like the communities served by our centers).
Grow the Workforce: We guarantee full-time employment for participants during and after their 12-month apprenticeship, while also helping offset the cost for fair wages provided by our health centers.
