NACHC releases recruitment and retention toolkit

With the focus on messaging the CHC movement, and targeting specific types of potential employees. With support from the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, NACHC has designed a recruitment and retention toolkit to help CHCs market themselves as part of a wider, national health center movement, and appeal to certain categories of potential employees. The toolkit contains messaging, real-world tips, and marketing resources designed to support a CHC in effectively recruiting and retaining talented people that further promote the movement.
