MNACHC does not assist with enrollment into insurance programs. Each CHC provides enrollment assistance for its patients and offers a sliding fee schedule for the uninsured who are not eligible for public programs.

Assistance with getting insurance:
Portico Healthnetís mission is to reduce the number of people without coverage for health services. Portico is a nonprofit health and human services organization that helps uninsured Minnesotans access affordable health coverage and care. Visit Portico Healthnet at www.porticohealthnet.org.
HealthyKidsMN.org is a statewide resource for families with uninsured children to connect to agencies that can help with eligibility requirements and enrollment into state-sponsored health care. Visit www.HealthyKidsMN.org to find contact information for the agency serving your area; click on your county on the "How We Can Help" page. The site also contains a wealth of easy-to-understand information, presented in English and Spanish, on Minnesota's various subsidized health coverage options.
